Conversation 1: Seminar Package ( Travel Agent 1 & Single Client)

(door knocking)

TA1: good morning. Welcome to Awesome Tour and Travel. I am Adelina Damayanti. Can i help you?

SC: good morning. Well, i would like to ask whether your company provide a package for a two-days seminar.

TA1: you come to the right place, Mam. Have a seat please. We have several packages for seminar. But may i know your name first? Because it would be very good if we know each other.

SC: hmm, you’re right. My name is Ria Megawati, just call me Mega.

TA1: allright Miss Mega. Then, what kind of seminar you are going to hold?

SC: well, it is a seminar about agriculture. Then, those who will attend in this seminar are Agricultural Experts, The Minister of Agriculture, Farmer Communities, and other people who are interested in agriculture.

TA1: okay, then, have you find a venue for your seminar?

SC: no, not yet. Therefore i need your advice about the proper place for a national seminar like this. But i want this seminar held in East Java.

TA1: well, Miss Mega, there are three kinds of seminar package that we think it’s suitable with the seminar you are going to hold. First, we have the regular package which is contained the regular items consisted of three-star hotel as the venue, lunch box, snack, and coffee break. Second, we have the premium package which is consisted of four-star hotel as the venue, lunch-buffet, snack, coffee break, and guest star. Then the last, we have the platinum package consisted of five-star hotel as the venue, lunch buffet, snack, coffee break, guest star, and a one-day tour to a place related with the seminar.

SC: hmm, all of them are good. What if you give a presentation in my office tomorrow at 9 o’clock? Because the other committee have to know about it.

TA1: all right then. i’ll be there at 9 o’clock. Whom should i confirm to?
